My PhD explores how commercial actors and masculinities shape attitudes and behaviours surrounding meat consumption and meat alternatives. I am also affiliated with sleep clinic Tranq Sleep Care, where I perform research on the influence of cannabis on sleep. This dual focus allows me to engage in research methodologies spanning clinical, behavioural, and sociological domains.

I have presented my work through platforms such as TEDx, and it has been cited popular media channels such as Psychology Today, Salon, and The Wall Street Journal. My academic research can be found on Google Scholar and ORCID.
